Green Ninja is proud to be a Canadian company. We are also proud to carry world-class products made right here at home. Founded in 1988, Bummis is one of a number of amazing Canadian companies we offer. Their eco-friendly, ethically made products have been available here at Green Ninja since the day we opened. They were also the very first cloth diapers to be christened by our testing team. Yes, Bummis have been on my babies’ bottoms from day one.
I am not a winter person.
A few short years ago, I used to tolerate winter. I hated the cold, but I loved to snowboard. Back then, if I wanted to leave the house all I needed to do was put on my own boots and jacket. The only complaints about the cold that I remember were my own. Back then, when a huge snowfall came, at least I could get out my snowboard and make the most of it.
Here at Green Ninja, we try to use only natural and organic skin care products.
I started paying attention to the toxins and chemicals found in everyday skin care products when I worked as a research analyst. I used to spend days in a laboratory working with chemicals and centrifuges and microscopes. I was required to always wear a lab coat. I wouldn't dare handle reagents without gloves and a fume hood. Formaldehyde, Triethanolamine, Toluene - these harmful chemicals were stored in cabinets emblazoned with daunting warnings and labels.
We started using the Pura’s Kiki Bottle System in our house years before they entered the Green Ninja product line-up, and we've had at least 4 in constant rotation ever since. Pura thought of everything when they developed this safe, eco-friendly and versatile system.
I'm not afraid to admit it: I LOVE Wool Dryer Balls. So much goodness packed into a ball of wool, they are an easy and cost-effective way to improve the health of the planet while saving you time and money.
