We accept payments from all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) with Canadian addresses. We accept PayPal payments for both Canadian and American addresses. If you don't have access to one of these forms of payment, please contact us to discuss an alternative means of payment.
All prices are listed in Canadian currency. If you are ordering from the United States, PayPal will do the conversion.
- Products can be returned within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice.
- Please contact us before returning a product to get authorization and instructions. This will ensure your return will be processed quickly and properly.
- All returned products must be unused, unwashed and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- We can not accept returns on used or washed cloth diapers or accessories, sale merchandise, and personal care products.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your return. This fee is used to cover the cost of credit card processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In most cases, if a product is defective, it can be returned directly to the manufacturer. For example, FuzziBunz has great customer service. If there is a manufacturing defect, FuzziBunz warranty claims can to be shipped to them directly by filling out this form. If you have a problem with any product, please contact us for other manufacturer¿s contact and warranty information.
Green Ninja offers FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $100.00 (before taxes). The following shipping rates will be applied at checkout:

Orders are usually shipped using Canada Post Expedited Service.
Green Ninja is an online business with no store front. However, if you are in the Greater Hamilton area, and would like to avoid shipping costs by picking up your order, you can select "No Shipping - Pickup in Person" when you check out. We will send you an email when your order has been processed to arrange a mutually convenient time for pickup. We are located in Ancaster, Ontario.
Orders to the USA are usually shipped using Canada Post. The following shipping rates will be applied to all orders at checkout:

The customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charged by customs.
Orders shipped using Canada Post include $100 insurance. You will also be provided with a tracking number and e-mail notification of the delivery status. If you would like additional insurance please contact us before placing your order. Green Ninja is not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
You should receive your order within 1-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed since this is dependent on the postal service. Shipping times for orders being shipped to the United States may vary due to delays in customs. If you require your order to arrive sooner, please contact us before placing your order.
When possible, products will be shipped using recycled or reclaimed packing material. Also, in order to save paper, we do not include a packing slip or invoice with your order. Your invoice will be emailed to you when your order is processed. Please save this electronic invoice for your records in case you need to return a product. No need to print off a hard copy...the less paper the better.
As the saying goes, there are few things that are certain in life, and taxes are one of them... Green Ninjas are no exception. All orders must be taxed according to provincial and federal taxation guidelines. Orders will be charged at 5% GST for residents of Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan & Yukon Territory. Orders billed to residents of the other provinces will be charged HST: British Columbia at 12% HST, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, & Ontario at 13% HST, and Nova Scotia at 15% HST.
For orders billed to residents of provinces that are charged HST, certain products are rebated the provincial portion of the tax, and are only charged the federal 5% HST. These products include: Cloth diapers, diaper covers, cloth diaper kits, inserts and washable liners.
All taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the order destination.
No taxes will be added to orders placed by customers in the United States.
We have tried to put together a user-friendly website that complies with web standards. You should be able to use just about any web browser to view the site.
To purchase items via our secure shopping cart and checkout pages, you will need to ensure that you have Javascript and Cookies enabled.
Green Ninja makes use of Google Analytics to help us with the ongoing improvements to the website.
The website is evolving daily as we tweak it here and there. This means that the content you see one day might be slightly different the next day, or even the next hour. Unfortunately, Green Ninja can't be held liable for any problems or losses that may occur due to the constantly evolving information contained within the site. In other words, if you see something you like, please make a copy of it.
All posts submitted via the Contact us page are subject to rewrite and reuse by Green Ninja for any purpose.
In other words, let's say one day you get inspired and decide to leave Green Ninja a message via the Contact us page. Great! Now suppose that message happens to contain something super awesome, like a really good guacamole recipe. Sweet! You shouldn't be surprised if Green Ninja takes it and runs with it. If it's something that should be shared with the rest of the planet, there's a good chance we'll post it somewhere on the website. We're pretty good about giving credit where it's due, so you'll likely get a shout-out if someone compliments us on how good the guacamole is.
